The customer required to log in to their DTH account by submitting their registered telephone number to receive the OTP
After logged in, Videocon D2H user can see their information and current packages which are running on their TV. And after that Subscriber can easily select the channels they want to activate on their televisions.
Videocon D2H introduce you three options in packages that is Combo. Channels and bouquets. Under the channels option, the user can able to select their channels manually which they want to see. Customer needs to select a minimum of 100 channels to continue their D2H connection activate. HD channels are calculated as two SD channels, which means that Customer can take benefit up to 50 more channels.
