Users will get just in time support on WhatsApp for their queries, related to tariff cards in addition to this complaints can also be registered.
All payment modes and methods will be accepted by Jiocare such as Google Pay, PhonePe, JioPay, Amazon Pay, Paytm, etc.

This service is an outcome of the deal between Facebook and Reliance Jio.
Previously, whenever the user wants to make a recharge they usually go to a recharge shop or go to My Jio App but, after this Jiocare people can directly get support from the Jio executive and make the appropriate recharge.
To access this Jiocare facility users have to add this Whatsapp no. on their phone and start a chat by sending a hi message.
