Vivo has extended its series of smartphones by launching the Vivo Y3. The new Y-series smartphone from Vivo comes with triple back cameras and sports a gradient design. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek processor and arrives in a single storage configuration. The Vivo Y3 brings a variety of highlights, for example, Game Cube, the gaming-driven e-sports mode 2.0, double motor quick charging, easy mode, and much more.
According to the smartphone’s listing on JD.com, the Vivo Y3’s sole variation with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage has been estimated at CNY 1,498 which is approximately Rs. 15,200. The Vivo Y3’s listing on the authority Vivo China site expresses the cost slightly higher at CNY 1,500 which is approximately Rs. 15,200. The smartphone comes in Peacock Blue and Peach Pink color variants. There is no word from Vivo with respect to the smartphone’s availability in markets outside China.
The dual SIM Vivo Y3 runs Funtouch OS 9 based on Android Pie. It packs a 6.35-inch HD+ (720×1544 display) with a waterdrop notch, 19.3:9 aspect ratio, and 89 percent screen-to-body proportion. The smartphone is powered by the octa-center MediaTek P35 SoC combined with 4GB of RAM.
For image purpose, the Vivo Y3 packs triple back cameras – a 13-megapixel primary camera with an f/2.2 aperture, along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens with 120-degree field of view, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front is a 16-megapixel snapper with an f/2.0 aperture, which likewise encourages face-unlock feature.
