Covid 19: Amazon stopped prime day sale in India due to increased infection of corona

The event of Reality was going to be held on May 4, in which Realme X7 Max was about to be launched.

Due to the fast-growing corona infection in the country, Amazon India has banned the Amazon Prime Day Sale. Amazon, Google, and many Indian companies have come forward to help the government. Many countries have come forward for ICU beds, oxygen, and medicine in the country.

CNBC was first informed about the ban on Amazon Prime Day Sale and then Amazon also confirmed it. The Amazon Prime Day Sale is held annually, usually in July. In this sale, only prime members are allowed to shop and they get many offers. Apart from fast shipping, customers get many great offers at the Amazon Prime Day Sale.

Smartphone maker Realme has also postponed its upcoming launch for a few days in view of the growing case of infection. The event of Reality was going to be held on May 4, in which Realme X7 Max was about to be launched.

This phone is being touted as a re-branded version of Realme GT Neo. Realme TV was also going to be launched in the event on May 4. Madhav Seth, CEO of Realme India, has tweeted to cancel the anniversary celebrations and postpone the upcoming event.
